A number of city centre projects have recently been given the go ahead.  These projects are set to enhance the Manchester skyline over the coming years.

New developments includea 40 storey skyscraper next to Deansgate locks, twin 36 storey skyscrapers on Water Street (on site of old Granada studios), and new apartment buildings in Castlefield Basin and Tib Street (in the Northern Quarter).

These projects are set to add to the many construction projects already underway in and around the city centre.
